These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Toddl Talk mobile application and related services provided by Be Curious Labs ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using Toddl Talk, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current account information and keep it updated.
Service Description
Toddl Talk provides language translation support intended to help adults communicate with toddlers. Content is for informational and educational use only and does not replace professional medical, psychological, or behavioral advice.
Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled.
- By subscribing, you authorize charges through your selected app marketplace or payment provider.
- Pricing may change with advance notice as required by applicable law and platform rules.
- Free tier features may be limited and subject to change.
Cancellation and Refunds
- You can cancel subscriptions at any time through your app store account settings.
- Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not retroactively refund charges already processed.
- Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the payment platform used for purchase.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operation.
- Do not use Toddl Talk for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- You retain responsibility for how you apply translations in real-world parenting situations.
Intellectual Property
The app, branding, features, and related content are owned by Be Curious Labs or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Toddl Talk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Be Curious Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on app output.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect users, the service, or legal compliance obligations.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Be Curious Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
